Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” Vinyasa flow is a challenging and invigorating practice which develops strength and flexibility. This class links the poses with movement and breath while building internal heat and purifying the koshas (layers of one’s being) and indriyas (senses). Yoga experience is recommended.

Variety is what you'll find in these fast-moving, heart-pumping classes. Each class will have cardio, strength and flexibility elements. These classes are circuit/interval style and working at your own pace is encouraged. A variety of equipment is used - - from dumbbells (please bring your own and leave them here), kettlebells, sandbags, Reebok Slide Boards, barbells and dip stations...we have a "toy" for everyone!
