Since 1985, I have always taught fitness classes whether it be step, circuit, spinning, hi-lo, boot camps, interval or yoga. I can't say that I have a favorite...I just crave variety! By taking different classes throughout the week, you not only avoid injuries, but avoid the muscles getting used to the same routine. At Broadway Bound, there is variety! Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a cardio/strength class is offered. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays, a yoga class is available. I challenge you to take a class or two a week, building up to 3-4 classes a week and see for yourself, the amazing physical and mental results! Cheers to your lifetime journey of health and wellness!
